Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out your intake form. This is an extensive questionnaire that will allow you to choose how you want to allocate our time together. This is separate from the informed consent agreement, which is to be filed upon your first online booking.

Due to th nature of my building, please call or text me a (616) 550-9932 upon arriving at the front door (facing Jefferson Ave). I will let you in and walk you up to my office on the second floor.

Please cancel your reservation before 48 hours before the service to ensure a full refund. If you are sick or have a family or medical emergency, I will work with you to reschedule your appointment.

If you are in search of last minute bookings, please text me to see if I have any availability for day of or next day appointment. Emergency bodywork is something I want to be able to provide if you need it- for pain management, sleep aid, and nervous system support.

To ensure a healing environment formal, please refrain from using strong fregrences before your appointment. I use Zum Laundry Soap on my sheets, frequently open the windows, and avoid using any toxic chemicals to clean. I occasionally burn sage, palo Santo and incense, as well as diffuse essential oils. If you are sensitive to any of these, please reach out upon booking.
